I just received today the fingerprint appt. letter to appear at Oakland on
December 9th at 10.00 am.
Unfortunately, I am going to be out of town on that day only in
the whole year. (My bad..)
Can I go early i nterms of 1-2-3-4 days and if so (how early) ?
And also, in the worst case how do I reschedule my appt ?
