Reschedule finger print... PLEASE HELP!

so you have an fp notice but can not make it on the scheduled date? it is simple. just mail the notice back with your preference - whether wednesday or saturday (they do not allow any further specifics)

response is quick becaus the fp center is the decision maker in this case. i have done it once with new rochelle center in ny.
 
Thanks for the reply. Problem is notice came in the late mail, so the finger print date has already passed.

supposed to be done by Feb 4th. Would that be a problem??

resched fp is easy and it worked for me

i rescheduled fp in ny and it worked fine me . i sent them original fp notice asking for a saturday and the sent me a letter with a saturday appointment within i thin 7-10 days.

in fact i missed my actual fp date as my fp appointment letter came late to me after redirection via Vermont service center.

just to be safe keep a photo copy of original letter etc
 
if it is not inconvenient for you, you can just walk in with the original notice and explain to them.
 
I tried that in Detroit center. That didn't work. They couldn't take walkins because of overbooking it seems.

Anyway, I decided for rescheduling and will be sending it by today.

we r planning to go later than the appointment.when we called the BCIS they said we can walk in on any following wednesday with the notice.
