I have a question about sponsoring my stepmother to get her green card. I have been in the US for 10 years and I will get naturalized next year. My dad got married after my mom passed away when I was at my early 20th. My dad and my stepmother live in China and have never visited me. I want to sponsor them to get their green cards after I become a citizen. My questions are:

2. If I cannot sponsor her, how can she eventually get her green card?
3. If my dad gets his green card, can my stepmother still get her temporary visa to visit me?
