requirements for visitor visa

Hi All,
I am not sure if this is the right place in the forum for this. And I apologize if this is not the place. I am planning to get my parents over for 2 months visit. Would anyone be able to tell me what documents need to be sent for them to get the visa. My current situation is :

I-140 Approved on March 2004
485 Pending -- ND Aug '03
No FP yet
1st EAD Valid till 12th Dec 2004 ( not yet applied for the 2nd)
H1 visa ( 7th Yr ext) valid till 5th Aug 2004.

Any help in this regard would be much appreciated. I realise there has been a lot of Rejections for visitor's visa. So I am trying to hope for the best and send all the documents that we think is required.

It is a very good site. My parents recently went for their visa. They had taken all documents mentioned in the immihelp site. In addition to the documents mentioned in the site I also sent them W2 as I read somewhere that W2's were asked. Ofcourse all the documents were not checked. They were given a 10 year visa.
