Requirements for Parents Petitions

hi guys i'm new here and i want to know what will be the requirements to petitions my parents to live here in the US, I'm filipino and a US citizen now can someone pls. answer my question i need it the most.

the form to petition is I-130

but do i have to make a copy for my income tax?

these are the requirements: my birth certificate, my US passport, marriage contract of my parents

You can file both i-485 & i-130 for your parents living here already. Obviously you need copies of everything.. regarding the tax question, well.. if you start the process now, most likely they will have their SSNs by JAN/07... just in time to file taxes for 2006.

u also need i-94s from your parents, their marriage certificate and their birth certificate, your original birth certificate and your naturalization certificate, along with our passport.
