Requirements for CSC Pilot Program

Hi guys,

not sure, if this was posted here, so please excuse me, if it is the second time.

I know, below requirements should be met in order to get into CSC Pilot Project/programme.
1. EB2
2. Concurrent I-140/I-485
3. Applied after 4/2004.
4. what else, Location ???

Does any one know, if one has to be living or working in a certain geographical area to get into the Pilot ?
Can, all those, whose cases were procesed by the Pilot, care to post their work location ?

No, as long as you apply in CSC, with all above qualifications you should fall in Pilot program. Location should not matter.

Luck ??? Yeah, I know that is the most important qualification actually, and most of us don't have it, else, we wouldn't be waiting for 2 and 1/2 years to get a freaking LC, which others get in 3 to 6 months in other states.
The whole thing is like a lottery.

Anyways, any idea what is the probability/chances of getting in the Pilot, let's say 50%, 40% less than 3%
Any numbers ?

I guess it is 5% as per kashmir in some 485 thread.
