just a questiion. at present i am in immigratiion court waiting indivisual hearing. the requirement for asylum grant in uscis process is suppossed to be 10 %. but i have been denied by the asylum officer. is it true that in court the requirement for persecution rises to 50 % for grant of asylum? any advise will be thankfully accepted.
