Required interviews

So far my employer has received 4 resumes. 3 of the candidates do not have the experience, and 1 does not have the degree. Now what? Do we still have to interview them or because they do not cover the minimum requirements then we don't interview?
 
No need to interview the candidates if they do not meet the minimum job requirements (min. education or min. experience requirements).

Interviews are normally conducted if candidates are minimally qualified for the job (if the min. edu/exp req'ts are satisfied).
