Required docs for EAD/AP renewal

Required docs for EAD renewal:

-form I-765
-2 photographs
-copy of old EAD and copy of 485 receipt notice, copy of old I-765 receipt notice
-check in the amount of $175 payable to USCIS
-copy of your personal data pages of passport
-copy of drivers license or photo id
-copy of I-94

Required docs for AP renewal:

-check in the amount of $165 payable to USCIS
-2 photos
-copy of the I-485 receipt notice, copy of old I-131 receipt notice
-form I-131
-copy of your personal data pages of passport
-copy of drivers license or photo id (if you have it)
- Attach 1 copy/original of AP
-Write both checks on Department of Homeland Security-Its a new 'thing' passed 2 weeks back and will shortly be there on all the forms.

I have plan to renew my EAD/AP. Please let me know, are this above mentioned docs enough?

I have renewed EAD thrice and here is my personal experience:

Are these same even when you do online filing?? After filing online within how many days has the supporting docs be sent?
