Hi,
Just done with my EB-2 interview in U.S. Embassy Manila last Sept. 26, 2008 (CL and etc.. are already approved).
And the IO said everything is in order, no problems with all the papers ang Documents. BUT..., She said (IO) i cannot give you a Visa right now, there's no Visa Available for this moment....( Me and my wife were shock about that
), IO said the next window will explain about it. So, we went to the next window, the other IO said that our EB-2 Visas will be REQUESTED. But its been 5 weeks already but i haven't recieve my Passport back with the Visa stamp on it... Is there any problem with my visa? How long does the REQUESTED VISA availble???
need help or info about this.
