I\'ve already emailed my requests to the AILF. But I think it will be better if someone from the "inner circle" of the immigration law community (preferably Gilbert) can ask the AILF to include the following questions in their next scheduled liason meeting with the INS.

(1) Now that the INS considers aliens granted asylum to have permanent employment authorization, what is the INS\'s official word on the Asylee EAD renewal issue?

(2) How many Asylees who fall within the Cut-Off-Date are currently waiting for I-485 stamping?
