There may be many of NOV/DEC filers who have not updated rupnet after their approval for several reasons.
Why can't you send an e-mail to all the NOV/DEC filers (as an remainder with their username & password) telling them to update their status.
Sometime B'cas they have forgotten the password...they might not have updated rupnet after approval....
