Request to Expedite for a Refugee Travel Document

Hi, I Applied for A refugee travel document in January, to renew my travel document, and I didn't get it till now so I wrote an Letter to INS in Nebraska to see if they can Expedite my Travel document, so I can go in Summer, did anyone try that? Does it work? What do you guys think? I wrote them I need to go to Germany because I have my tickets already and someone told me on the phone it is going to take 3 month whicht is true, now I dont know what is going to Happend but I let you guys know,

did you call bcis to confirm that it takes 3 months because I did the same thing and have not received a reply since sending my expedition request.

I doubt that there is such thing as expediting your travel document. I would try though. Good luck
