Request for your Help ! - Urgent

Hi Gurus,

I don't which forum is right among the B VISA related. But anyways I am trying to request some guidance and help here hopefully.

Actually my mom has a 10 Year Multiple Entry VISA valid for another 9 Years Now. She has already visited us last year and stayed out for 6+ Months with us again all the formalities of I94 was done at the POE last time as usual.
This time we are thinking to invite her over again to visit us probably in few days. So was wondering what is the process - Should she go back to any US Consulates in India to get any kind of stamping ?
If not should she report of her departure to US in any other US related offices ?
Otherwise what is the formal procedure now ? Please provide details to the process if you have just gone through this process.

when you say she "stayed out for 6+ months with us" what do you mean? Did she stay with you on her last trip for 6+ months, or has it been 6+ months since her last visit?

Actually she had stayed for 6 months with us in the last year and it has been over an year that she is stayed out of US now is there any problem.

she can stay out of the US for as long as she wants, the only restriction is the period of time she can stay in the US at a stretch since what she has is a visiting visa.
