Request for Sample Employment Letter

Hello Experts,
Can anyone please provide a format/template/sample of the Employment Letter. Its quiet urgent, I have my interview on July 20th and this is the last peice of the puzzle before I go for my interview.

I DO NOT work for the company through which I have applied for the Immigrant Visa, but I will be working with the once I have been issued the GC.


Hence the format has to be slightly different, If any of the approved GC holders can share their employment letter (ofcourse hiding the names) would help me a lot.

This is what worked for me.

July 8, 2007



To: U.S. Consulate

Mumbai, India



Regarding: <Your Name>



This letter is confirmation that <Your Name> is an employee in good standing of <Company name and Address>. Mr. XXXX has been working for <Company Name> since <Start Date>. Mr. XXX is employed as a <Job Position>. His annual salary is USD XXX.



After interviewing at the U.S. Consulate in Mumbai, India, <Your Name> is expected to return to the U.S.A. to continue employment with <Company Name> as a <Job Position>.
