Request for RFE copy

Hi all.. could you please tell me how to request a copy of the RFE from BCIS without hiring another attorney?
The RFE for I-140 has been just issued by BCIS recently which has been sent to my attorney. My I-140 was filed by my attorney and he is simply not communicating with me at all. Now a case is underway against him at the state bar (filed by attorney disciplinary committee).
Do I need to cancel the G-28 form (attorny representative)?
Is it a long process to get the copy of the RFE?

The I-140 previously filed was under NIW and recently I hired another lawyer for RIR process. I talked with this new lawyer once, he said I need to manage to get the copy of the RFE somehow then only he will be able to work. He even tried to contact the old lawyer but it did not work. The old lawyer simply does not communicate at all that is the reason there are many complanits filed by his clients. I just got trapped.
Please tell me that ...there should be someway to get around this situation....may be if I describe my situation to BCIS? By the way, I have the copies of the petition letter, I-140, I-797 and other suporting documents.

May I know how do I cancel the G28 form? Is ther another form to be sumbmitted to BCIS?
