Hi,
My wife has a kid from her previous marriage. She has the custody of the kid. I just received the confirmation from USCIS that I and my wife finally have our green card approved. However, for our son's application, we received a Request for Initial Evidence that asks that I provide that I am the father my wife's kid.
Letter reads: Submit Evidence that .... (Me)... is the father of .... (son).
We placed his birth father's name on the application since I am not the birth father. How do I prove this? What document should I submit?
