I was wondering if anybody can help me, we have received a letter for Request for Initial Evidence for affidavit of support although we have already submitted w-2 from last year and a pay stub. now they say they need the recent tax return, w-2 and pay stubs for 6 months which i think is way different from what the requirements where in the affidavit of support form. anyway, can anybody enlighten me if w-2 is similar with the tax return and if the w-2 is sufficient to what they are asking? thanks much.
