Request for Evidence

I applied for my employment based citizenship a few weeks ago. I checked my status online and its says 'request for evidence' was sent for both my wife and I. I submitted our plications along with the fee, copies of our greencards, photos.
What could be it? What are they asking for? Anyone has any idea what I am lacking in my citizenship application???
(I'm worried!)
