Hi, my spouse was detained on Sept 24.2025. Since then I've only spoken to them twice. They still we're not given an alien number. Before they were detained they made a letter consenting to the release of their information including A-file in the event that they were detained. My spouse also filled out a 60-001 prior to their detainment as a contingency Incase we can't reach them. I know where they are but they aren't being allowed to make contact. Can I still make the request for their A-file with the signed forms? It is still within the 90 days.
