I have a green card and am planning to start a business
in IC design services. I have few colleagues who have been
laid off. I want to transfer their H1 visas to my NEW company.
The operations being service oriented and a startup I don't have
balance sheet etc to show INS. Would INS ask for it though?
If I can explain that it is service oriented and will be paying
employess bi-weekly as and when I bill my customers?
