Reply to RFE

HI folks,

I have got RFE for employment letter. The original copy was directly mailed to me. How do u normally reply it ?? Do u do it urself and go thr\' lawyer. I feel that if I do it personally it would be faster. But is it safe to do ?? Need some input.

BigM04, did your lawyer file 485 for you or you filed it yourself?

I am just wondering why you got RFE directly not your lawyer ( if you have one), please let us know. thanks.

I think you can get employment letter yourself from HR.
 
If you have a lawyer, let him/her respond. Otherwise, you respond.

Also, if you have a lawyer, I am surprised that you would have received the RFE. Normally, the RFE is sent to your lawyer.
 
RFE received directly to me.

I also got the RFE sent directly to me.
Employment letter, 2 months pay stubs + 2 years tax returns.
