I didnt receive any RFE OR RE FP FROM BCIS TILL THIS DATE so called up ncsc & they said they will send an enquiry to vermont for my case status update & after one month I got reply from vermont saying ur RD is within the time frame of what we r working at present so wait till 60 to 90 days to have any further enquiries if needed.
I dont understand it when people in jan 02 r getting approvals & vermont shows its processing date is jan how can they say my date is in time frame of their current working time frame.........I applied for renewal of AP & EAD to be on safe side.....AP is approved for me & spouse EAD is still outstanding & my H1B is valid till next year jan...........do anyone have similar experiences ............suggetions r appreciated
 
Sorry to hear about it.

I don't think National customer service is sending any written request to vermont center.

This may be helpful to you. Get a enquiry form from your local INS office and post it your self. This may fetch good response. Try it out.

There is nothing we can do nor it is in our hands to expedite the application. We need to wait and wait. Just remember there are many Sept and Oct cases which are not approved yet, so our turn will come for sure....
