Currently the amount of demand versus the annual numerical limitation requires that we impose a cut-off date on that category. I do not expect an April 2002 priority date to become eligible for final processing in the foreseeable future. Attempting to make a precise estimate at this time would be impossible, and anyone attempting to do so is foolish.
