I applied for OPT on 09/13 with a job offer at IBM and received the card on 10/10 with a wrong name and DOB. I sent the card back, have not heard back since. I was supposed to start working on 12/17. It would be great, if you gurus can help:
I did not attach the check of 340$ (although it was their mistake), but not sure what they conclude. I also forgot to attach an expedite tear-off in my OPT. Should i send this information now and attach my offer letter and cover letter again? Should i also give a new I-765?
