Replace passport when travel outside USA

I have renewed my passport a couple of times. I am planning to replace it when I visit my home county. Will there be any problems when I come back to USA since I use a different passport.

Do you already have a physical green card? You'll have no problems because of the new passport, unless you don't have a physical green card and are relying on an I-551 stamp in the old passport. In that case, you have to present both the old passport AND the new one at the port of entry.
