Hello,
I can't find my i-94, and well, i also graduated three weeks back and I had my OPT Application Filing interview set for tomorrow. I filed my form i-102 to replace my missing i-94, however, in my haste, I didn't provide any supporting documents about my last date of entry into the US (boarding passes, i-20 form). So basically, all i sent in was the completed i-102, the g-1145 and the money order.
I did provide them with an accurate date and port of entry. Given that I am cutting it very close to my 60-day period within which i absolutely have to ensure that my OPT application is ready to be filed, do I wait for the USCIS to get back to me? Or should I just go ahead and file a second Form i-102 with the USCIS office?
Any advise would be appreciated. Thk you
