Repeated RFEs.... ????

I think the problem with repeated RFEs is that since IIOs are under orders not to approve any AOS case, they have to show that they are still working on cases, in order to keep their job alive and also to keep our case status alive. Due to their inability to approve cases per instructions from high command, the only thing they can do is send rfe no. 1, no.2, no. 3... and so on. This way they can prove they are still doing their job, and we can be given an answer that "your case is being worked upon".

The problem is really not with the IIOs, since they are acting upon instructions given to them. The problem is much higher in the structure, with people who have the power. Unfortunately those people are abusing their power to only make the lives of innocent people like us miserable and pitiful, just to satisfy some of their own personal grudge. We are the most vulnerable people in the american society, therefore we are the ones who will always get targetted. After all, what reason do NSC high command have not to resume approvals whereas VSC is going full steam ahead with their approvals ????

Good Point T-REX,

Are NSC and VSC two totally different organisations ?

BTW did you anticipate spending a long time in this forum and named yourself T-REX ?
