REP and N470

I have held GC for 32 months and did not leave US during this time. I will be out of US for the next 12-18 months. Can try and get a job in the local country with an US based MNC.

I am filing for REP.

Can I also file for N-470? What needs to be provided to file for N-470 if I directly join the local country branch of the US MNC?

First, make usre you file for REP while you are still in US.

If you join the local subsidiary of a US based MNC, then you need to have the parent company issue a written statement verifying that your stay overseas is for the sole purpose of development international trades for the US corporation.
