Hi, I'm new to this forum and i have this important question to ask.if uscis reopened someone's case, will they reissues a work authorization card in the meantime they are awaiting on immigration discussion? And if the case is reopened, could it be that the beneficiary are in luck to have immigration reopened their case, on thheir own after 4 years the case was closed.?

What kind of case are they reopening? Was the case originally approved or denied?

And no, they will not automatically issue an EAD. If an AOS case is reopened, you remain a permanent resident unless and until USCIS actually rescinds the approval so you don't need an EAD until that happens. If they do rescind the approval, they will place you in removal proceedings and there are some limited avenues to obtain an EAD.

They barred me personally from 2017. Now i received 3 emails, 2 on the same day of july 29, one saying that my case is reopened and after that i received another one saying my case is denied. On July 31 i got the 3rd email saying my case is reopened again and from that day i haven't get anymore email. I'm not a resident.im trying to have status adjusted. Thats why i ask about the work permit.

They won't automatically reissue an EAD. You have to apply for it.

If they are reopening your case sua sponte, there is a good chance that they have noticed something that might make them change their mind and approve the case. But there is no guarantee about that.

Do you mind sharing why the case was denied in the first place?
