Im a USC., recieve the decision from USCIS for my wife and kids I-130. The denial decision fro uscis was due to lack of proof of relationship with the benificiary. I was made a mistake when i filled the I130. I didnt include the birth certificate of the kids, our marriage contract, and photo of me and my wife and signed form G325A. So when I recieved the decision letter from USCIS saying that I need to submit the folowing BIRTH CERT, MARRIAGE CONTRACT, AND some other documents like FORM BOIR 29 with 110 dollars fee for each petitions. also in the letter mentioned "To established that the claim relationship exist as a spouse of the petitioner, the minimal requiredevidence is required of that the claimed relationship including but not limited to: proof of the petitioner's U.S Citizenship ( which I made a photo copy of My US Passport), and our marriage contract. for My kids, the letter say "In general a minimal required evidenced of the claimed relationship is the benificiary BIRTH CERTIFICATE, The petitioner proof of US CITIZENSHIP (again, photo copy of m y US Passport) and our MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE. I was given 30 days by uscis to submitt those documents and less that 30 days they got my package with all the documents and the fee they need. in fact they cash the check so quickly.
My question is how long that I am waiting again to find out thier decision regarding my petition for my wife and kids. I spend more than 5 months of waiting for this denial letter from uscis. and now I am waiting again. So if there is anyone has same case like mine pls share your experience. i will apriciate your reply.
