Renunciation + OCI Fees ($480 or $465) ?

I am applying for Renunciation and OCI together in same envelope but sort of confused about total fees that needs to enclosed.

I was earlier thinking of getting a $480 MO made with breakdown as follows:

$190 for Renunciation Application Fee (Renunciation Fee $178 + $12 Travisa Service Charge)
$290 for OCI Application Fee (OCI Fee $278 + $12 Travisa Service Charge)
TOTAL: $480


But upon filling online Travisa and OCI forms for Renunciation and OCI the final fee provided by Travisa (provided I pay for return shipping) was calculated as $465
With breakdown like this:
$178 for Renunciation Application
$278 for OCI Applciation
$12 for Travisa Service Charges
TOTAL $465

Which one is correct? What amount of MO you guys have sent for processing both application for 1 individual in one packet. Your reply would be appreciated.
 
This place seems dead, there are many views to every post but no one cares to reply. I just called Travisa and found out that the total fee for both applications filed together would be $65.
