I got my PR approval and want to land in April.
I have left company A last year and my passport has company's visa . After I left company A, they informed INS about cancellation of Visa. Now I am in company B and have H1B approval. I want to go to Toronto to complete PR process and come back to US in a day or two. While coming back will my visa create any problem. WIll INS office issue a new I94 and will they ask whether I am in same company A ?. Do I have to do visa stamping for company B in Canada ? . I have a visa stamped in my passport which has validity till Feb 2006.
Much thanks.

You should be fine returning to the US as long as you have a valid H1B. You can reenter under the 30-day revalidation rule or you can obtain a H1B visa stamp in Canada. You should have no issues at the border. Be sure to be completely truthful if asked about company A and B. As long as your H1B for company B is duly issued by INS, you shouldn't lose any sleep over returning to the US.

Good Luck.
