What would be the best suited reason to be given on the I-131 application when you have pending Citizenship application with FP yet to be done?

Is one month before travelling enough for filing the application?

Guys please help. Someone need to go India for urgent work. He may not stay in India for more than 6 months but he is doing just in case.

Will reentry permit application slow down the Citizenship processing assuming that he will come back before 6 months?
 
If wife goes outside US for more than 1 yr and apply for Reentry Permit before leaving can she give US address where approval of Reentry Permit will be sent? Basically husband will collect the reentry permit and send by FedEx to overseas.

Collecting from US consulate overseas is a pain specially if you don't live in the same city. Also you have to make an appointment etc.
