Hi,
I am currently working on H1B and have recd. my EAD but have not changed my status to EAD yet.
I was planning on purchasing a condo and giving it on rent. My question is am I allowed to do this (make money by giving the condo on rent) on H1B or should I wait till my status is changed to EAD?
