Renewing TN at POE 15 days prior to expiry

Hi,

My TN expires June 23rd and I plan on renewing my TN on June 8th. This is exactly 15 days prior to expiry date. Can someone tell me if this will be considered too early to get the visa extended at POE?

I checked the USCIS site and there is a little note in there that says you should do it 45 days prior to the expiry but says nothing about doing this at POE

I renewed 20 days prior to expriry. No problem at all.

Depends on the person doing your new TN. A friend of mine went to get his new TN a week before it expired and was told to return closer to the date.

Many will not do it that early, but there are exceptions. Worst case is you will just told to come back at a later date closer to your expiration...
