Renewing Passport

Ok here it goes...

I got my GC 2006 backdated... Then this year recently i had to go back my COP to see my parents maybe for the last time in 10 years. So i applied for the passport i got the passport but in order to get the COP i had expand or delay my military situation as well because joining the military is mandatory i got to the window at the embassy i was asked how i got my GC the category shows AS6 they refused to do any work they gave me back my renewed passport and i left the embassy 20 minutes later they called on my cell. And they told to return the passport but i did not go back. What could they do to me? Could they tell UScis that i applied to renew my passport? If anybody has similiar situation please share it with me.

I highly doubt they will do anything. If anything, you will have more trouble with the government of your COP then with the USCIS.

I think whatever they do you will be ok. If they gave you a passport but refused to issue a visa to you, that is evidence that you are still asylee, and that they are not willing to accept you, so I think you should be fine....
 
Well, actually this embassy is the COP embassy i was not there to get a visa from there because i am still a citizen of that country but i think now they that i got my GC thru asylum they might just kick me out of the citizenship i just wanted to able to visit my parents twho i have not seen in 10 years i just tried my luck i was so close after getting the passport i said to myself ok i guess i will be able to see them this time but for me to able to go to COP i also had to fix the military problems i was at the embassy to fix that problem is where they asked me how i obtain my GC they did not ask me for my GC when i renewed my passport. Now i do have the passport but i do not if i can use it to go anywhere else in the world except the COP. i will get arrested if i do go there without fixing my military issue. So, i guess i will have to wait for my American citizenship.
