After a long time consideration. I think I am not going to renew my H1B eventhoug it was my first H1B. I don't think my pending 485 will get rejected
So since it is a lot cheaper to go with EAD and you can also switch to a new employer.
Here are some questions..........I am still on H1B but also got my EAD. I think my EAD is going to expire around 11/08 so when I reapply for it there is a box say
"Renewal of my permission to accept employment (attach previous employment authorization document)."
What is that document be? A copy of my current EAD back and front sides???
"Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student, etc.)"
I think I can use H1B in this box right? (Assuming that my H1B is not yet expired)
But if my H1B is already expired then what should I write in this box??
