Renewel procedure for EAD

Hi guys, I renewed my EAD recently. My first EAD is supposed to expire by June 1. Since TSC is processing too slow, My attorney asked me to file extension for 3 months a head. I applied mine in Feb and got approved in march 16. They gave my new EAD with 03/02 - 03/03.What\'s the hell they renewed. They should renewed from June to June right. They ate my 3 months. Is it normal procedure for all renewals. Same thing happen to my AP also.

Talk to an IIO. They may explain why they ate your 3 months period. eom

That\'s the standard procedure....INS do not bother about your current EAD\'s Exp. Date.

Yes, it is.

One of my friends did six months ahead of expiration day. Guess what,INS ate him six months.
