AD -01/02/03
Card Recieved on 01/13/02



I-485 RD 10/22/01 Approval still waiting .No change in the message after fingerprinting results received on 6th Feb,2002

I have to send my renewel. Any suggestion.Like do i need to send I-485 receipt.

What should i write in my current status on the form.
Do i need to send covering letter.

Sorry to go in this detail but first time lawyer send to not sure for procedure. Sould i send by certified mail.

Well your current status depends on what is the basis of your current employment if it is H1 then write H1 but if that has expirec or if you have started using your EAD for employment then status is EAD.
I did send a covering letter though it may not be required.

Send follwing things with application

1)copy of your current EAD(both sides)
2)copy of I-94(both sides)
3)The mailer that came with current EAD
4) A fee of $120
5)A copy of your I-485 reciept notice
6)Two photgraphs(with your A3 and name written on the back with Pencil)

it depends on you that how do you send it. I sent by fedex.

Applied for EAD Renewal ( myself--not thru attorney)
Received for mywife and me, EAD renewal cards today.

RD 11/18/02
ND 11/27/02
AD 12/27/02

Cards mailed by INS on Jan 08 but i received today.

Have a question for photos.

In the form its written size of photo should be 1.5"by1.5".

Mine size is 2by2.

Is it ok to send or should get another one.

cut that to 1.5 by 1.5 as long as it doesn't cut your face its okay
