my wife is due for her renewal for employement and advanced parol in Feb 2004. We just moved to houston from dallas and changed lawyers and also had to change our file from dallas to houston BCIS office. we will be putting the renewal in at the end of this month the latest. Is this too late since it says it takes 3 months to get the renewal? She is working right now and would would happen if she stills works when it expires? I am more worried about the employment right now than the advanced parol since we need both incomes for bills etc..
