REnewal of H1

I filed i-485 last year rd 10/19 and nd 11/19. My H1 is expiring 1st Sept. Do I need to renew H1 now or can I do it after 1st september. Is there any time limit to do it.I havn\'t exercised EAD.

Hai byju, what you are doing?

1) You must excercise EAD in order to continue work
without H1. If you get EAD card or applied EAD and 90 days past
you can continue work.

Or

2) You must get H1, or H1 applied 14 days past, you can continue to work. It means you need to start H1 14 days before you h1b expires to continue to work.

Otherwise, you can not work after sep 1st.

Better rush and consult your lawyer...
