My EAD is expiring in November 2002. Since it is less than 90 days duration, what is the best way to file for renewal of my EAD? My other question is, Can I change my employer with the current EAD which is valid till November with the portability option? If so, how can I do that without running into any kind of trouble? And also, enquired about the interim(just heard about this) EAD. But looks like one can only get the interim EAD only if the EAD renewal application is pending for more than 90 days!
The final thing I am trying to do is.... I thought about joining a new employer using my EAD. But I just came to know that my EAD is getting expired in November. So, once I join a new employer I will have to apply for a renewal. Even after that, if I don't get my renewal by November I will be out of status. So, I need any of your advice on that!
