Hi Friends,
I have applied for 485/I-140/EAD/FP/AP in December 2002 by using consular Processing. I got my EAD/AP in February 2003. EAD is expiring Feb, 2004. I am planning to send it for renewal by end of next week. Is it sufficient time (4 months)? does it took more than 4 months for EAD renewal also? Do we need to renew the Advanced Parole also? Generally how long they issue the AP for? I didn't look at the expiration date of the AP.
