Renewal EAD Question

I need to file my EAD Renewal this month. Now, I did not have H1-B Visa which was expired few months ago. When I file my EAD, there is a questions. I am working under EAD.

Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student, etc).

What is my status now>

I have filed my 485 November 2001.
 
You do not need H1-B for EAD Renewal.

EAD card comes with a thick paper and cut the top portion of it and send it while applying for renewal which makes INS easy to find more details about your case. Attach I485 receipt also for safe.

Your status - AOS is pending.
