Renewal EAD and AP. Lost earlier EAD and AP

I am on h1-b and have lost my earlier EAD and AP. My EAD and AP have expired too. I want to renew my EAD and AP but since don't have copies of my earlier EAD and AP what should I do.
Also if I file them electronically do I have to send in the copies.
