Do I need to prepare seperate covering letters and documents to attach for EAD and AP?

Doesnt hurt to attach a covering letter.

Yes. Each application goes to a seperate Box number.

Can I send the AP/EAD renewal forms in the same packet? and Can my wife apply on her own? or DO i need to apply on her behalf.

I got my GC in dec, 2004. she is noton H4 anymore. My wife is applying for her AP/Renewal. her 485 is in pending.

In filling the applications, I have few questions:

I can fill 765 on my system but not 131 application. How I fill 131 form on computer?

1. Manner of las entry: shall I write advance parole -- 485 pending.
2. cuurent status: AOS- 485 pending
3. catergory on 765 form: column 16. what I shall I write there> (c) (9).
USCIS office: vermont service center.?
If I applied before, what are the dates? is it a RD/ND of the last EAD or approval date?

I would like to write seperate cover letters for EAD/AP renewals and want to mail in one envelope. Any comments/suggestions.
