Renew Tn with new employer

HI,
I have a question that im working on Tn Status, which i got last year and its gonna expire on May 23. But i want to renew my Tn but with a new employer and im getting an offer from an other company .
So can i renew it and if yes what are the requirements i need to submit while applying.
And also can i send it by mail so it would save my time.

You can definatly get a new TN for a new employer, in fact you can also keep your current TN and get a new one for that employer and have 2 jobs if you wish. Getting a new TN for your same employer is the same as getting it for a new empolyer.

Fill out (get) the paper work, head to the border the same as you did for the first TN you got. Same proceedure.

Mail in for a new TN for your current employer is easy as your current TN will have a 240 grace period that you can still work on until your new TN comes in. Mail in for a new employer though is tricker. You would need to get it expedited (sp?) as you can only work for the new employer when that TN gets approved and sent back to you. That could be weeks or months depending.

Best bet is just apply for the new TN for the new company at the border and all problems solved...

You can avail of the Premium Processing, although you have to shell out $1000 dollars for this application. If documents are complete, it would only take an average of 2 weeks to process.
