I am on L1-A visa and and my I-485 is under processecing. my visa is expiring on Jan-04 and EAD & AP expiring on AUG-03.
I would like to know, If i renew my EAD only..Can i stay in legal status till i get my I-485 approved. OR should i apply for L1-A visa extension.
Extension of L1-A, Can i do my self? or should i take lawyers help.?
