Renew EAD? AP?

Do I have to renew my EAD and AP even if I dont plan to use it?
Could I renew it at a later time? I am currently on H1 and plan to get an H1 extension.

No you do not need to renew the AP or the EAD if you plan on working and traveling on your H-1B.

H1B invalidated after using AP?

I have H1B till 2006, but no stamp on passport. I used AP in 2004. Is that my H1B status is automatically invalidated after I used AP? If I still work for the same company, do I have to renew EAD every year before I-485 is approved?

This issue has been discussed SEVERAL times in this forum. Using AP doesnt invalidate H1B status. You dont need to renew EAD/AP if you dont intend to use it.
